In July 2011, 37 of our Concert Choir singers traveled from Victoria to Austria to compete in the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival. After winning first place, with outstanding merit, in the “Treble Choir” category for their performance of “Epitaph for Moonlight“ (R. Murray Schafer, Canada) the Choristers embarked on a tour through Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary.
