The Glorious World of Song

On May 28, 2018, our choristers finished their seventh season in a stunning tribute to opera & musical theatre.  This annual performance is always an impressive show of the culmination from a year’s hard work from the singers and their directors. Alix Goolden Hall  was filled with audience members who enjoyed pieces from West Side Story, Anne of Green Gables, Phantom of the Opera, Magic Flute, Hänsel und Gretel, and Carmen to name a few.  The Victoria Children’s Choir collaborated with the Pacific Opera Chorus which included a show-stopping rendition of “Masquerade”.
