Recital Choir Performs at Christmas Lights Across Canada

On Tuesday November 28, the Recital Choir choristers (on right) performed in the 33rd annual Christmas Lights Across Canada event. They sang carols and songs on the BC legislature steps during the official illumination ceremony. This is an annual, cross country event that we were honoured to be apart of.

The Victoria Children's Choir is a Member of Choral Canada and the BC Choral Federation.

We would like to acknowledge that we gather on the unceded, ancestral lands of the Lekwungen speaking peoples – the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations, who have stewarded these lands and waterways since time immemorial, and whose connection to the land continues to this day.
