Classical Christmas Concert
“What sweeter music …” – Carols Old and New
Well-loved songs from the winter season all have unique stories to tell. Listen to familiar tunes—some as they were first heard in Medieval times and others made new in settings by modern composers. Guest Artist, Josh Layne, will join the Concert Choir to perform John Rutter’s “Dancing Day” with harp accompaniment.

The Difference Between Opera & Musical . . .
Discover heroes and villains in stories told through drama and music, as we seek to answer the age old question, “What’s the difference between Opera & Musical?”  Under the direction of Artistic Director, Madeleine Humer, enjoy many choral delights, performed by the Victoria Children’s Choir and members of the Pacific Opera Chorus.  Featuring songs from West Side Story, Anne of Green Gables, Phantom of the Opera, Magic Flute, Hänsel und Gretel, Carmen, and more.

Third Annual Spring Sing! | Victoria, BC

Gala music fundraiser, held at Pacific Opera Victoria, Egon Baumann Centre. This elegant evening showcases and supports the musically-talented students of the Victoria Children’s Choir. Featuring: singing and musical performances by choristers of the Concert and Recital ensembles, appearances by special guests from the Vancouver Island Performance Guild – as well as wine and hors d’oeuvres, silent auction, and door prizes.
